Thank you for shopping at Take Me Home!
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
- Sale items, discounted items, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds
Quality Issues & Damaged Items (Important)
If your item arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.
Once the issue is verified as a product quality or shipping-related issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Free return with a full refund (return shipping covered by us), or
- Free replacement of the same item (replacement shipping covered by us)
Quality issues do not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, or personal preference (such as color, size, or style).

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank for further processing details

Return Shipping
- Non-quality-related returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Quality-related returns or exchanges: return and replacement shipping costs are covered by us
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments in non-quality-related cases.
Additional Notes
- We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped
